4. Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations

Payment for services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

Refund Policy: All payments for coaching and mediation services are non-refundable except where required by law. Any exceptions for refunds or credits are solely at the discretion of Awakening Health & Wellness, LLC.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

Coaching requires active participation. We do not guarantee specific results.

Clients agree to provide honest and accurate information during sessions.
